When was the company founded?

The company was founded in the late 90s, but redeveloped to be web-based in 2005. We have experienced healthy growth since then, reaching 40% in 2014, 50% in 2015, and expecting to exceed our past growth metrics in 2016.

Do you have back office functionality?

Yes, we integrate seamlessly with Quickbooks. We can also provide options for ADP and Great Planes. Contact us to find out more.

Can I self-host, or does it need to be web-based?

CURA provides both self-hosting and cloud-based system options for our clients. Please contact to learn more.

Do you have onboarding?

Yes. We have a number of features and integrations to support the onboarding process, such as mail merge, document storage, and our Echosign integration.

What job boards do you integrate with?

CURA users can source from over 100 job boards. We provide a posting integration with Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Social Media. DICE and more coming soon!

Is it easy to use?

CURA is known to be one of the most user-friendly systems in the industry. The software is roughly modelled after Microsoft Outlook, making the learning curve especially quick for Outlook users. New clients are assigned a CURA implementation specialist, who works with them to optimize the system to their needs. The implementation specialist also provides thorough hands-on training, support, and consistently acts as a main point of contact for the client’s questions and requests.

How long does it take to be set-up?

Set-up and implementation typically take about 2 – 3 weeks.
