This October, mindSCOPE Staffing and Recruiting Software will release the newest version of our applicant tracking system, CURA. Version 3.0 will showcase cutting edge technology and several significant enhancements.
At the top of that list is the use of AJAX technology. AJAX (or Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) allows for much shorter load times, making our web-based software respond more like a desktop application.
Instead of refreshing an entire page each time the user requests a change or makes a minor edit, AJAX will simply refresh portions of the page. AJAX will issue requests for small amounts of data which the server can process almost instantly.
Google has utilized this technology recently in their Google Maps application. Click here to see AJAX technology in action.
