On October 27th 2007, mindSCOPE launched its' latest version of its applicant tracking software, CURA.
Version 3 looks and feels very similar to older versions of CURA, but is loaded with new features that will ensure that mindSCOPE remains atop the staffing software industry.
The Batch Paris feature that CURA users have come to depend on, is still able to parse numerous resumes simultaneously, but now can do even more. Previously, Bath Paris was able to parse resumes in Microsoft Word or RTF format. This more robust version is now able to import resumes directly from your email, from a webpage or other encrypted document, such as a PDF.
Our website integration has also been redesigned. Visitors to your corporate web site are still able to apply for jobs online. In addition to that, CURA users have the ability to selectively post data from a job order to their corporate website. Once the web posting page has been completed in CURA, a preview screen will show the user exactly how the entry will look on their website.
There are also optional screening questionnaires available, forcing your online candidates to pre-qualify before being added to your database.
Perhaps the most exciting aspect of Version 3 is the visually appealing, and lightning fast use of cutting edge AJAX technology on CURA's summary pages.
CURA Version 3 also features available integration to Microsoft Dynamics, new options that assist with invoicing and payroll, redesigned internal questionnaires, and much more.
Most existing CURA users have already been switched over to Version 3. Those who have not will be upgraded in the very near future.
