mindSCOPE Staffing and Recruiting Software has been an integral part of the staffing industry for over a decade, providing companies with the tools that are required to succeed in a very competitive market. mindSCOPE continuously monitors, develops and evaluates our CURA software to meet the growing needs of our customers. CURA Version 5.0 includes a multitude of enhancements designed to offer a better user experience when navigating the software and offers users better management when dealing with a large volume of candidates, clients and job orders.
Some examples of the upgrade include;
- Consultant or division based security - Allowing for better protection and tracking against internal security issues.
- Security table re-designed to be extremely user friendly - Allowing for increased confidence about secure information.
- Activity Tracking – All recruiter activity is automatically tracked giving an accurate picture of recruiters productivity and Job Order progress.
- A new “Automatic Placement Follow-Up Reminder” for the 6 month interval - This reduces the risks of recruiters forgetting to do their follow-ups with clients.
- New fields have been added in the Candidate module to better track secure information; “Termination”, “Termination Date”, “Termination Notes”, to the Secure Information table - This allows for more in depth information to be stored on Candidates and for better placement of past Candidates.
- There is a new “Job Order Match Preference” for either an automatic match based only on the skills or a new feature where the basic and advanced search fields are available for a more accurate search - The more advanced searches allow for better candidate placements and greater returns for our clients.
- End Placement feature so you can view candidates that are finishing their placements (today, in a week, or this month). From this new table you are able to placement extension, change the candidates status, and fill out the candidates end placement questionnaire – Enhancing the recruiters ease of use.
- New mail merge feature for sending email templates, printing letters, labels and envelopes – Saving valuable time wasted on these repetitive tasks.
- There is now the ability to choose the order in which the tables on the summary page are displayed in and the ability to lock down the Summary pages so all users have the same page - This will help standardize the work flow and information that recruiters are using.
