mindSCOPE Staffing and Recruiting Software publicly announced this week that we have partnered with Microsoft Dynamics, formerly known as Great Plains.
Microsoft Dynamics is a comprehensive business-management solution built on the highly scalable and affordable platform of Microsoft technologies. It offers a cost-effective solution for managing and integrating finances, e-commerce, supply chain, manufacturing, project accounting, field service, customer relationships, and human resources.
mindSCOPE Staffing and Recruiting Software will be utilizing Professional Advantage's Personal Agency Management (PAM) module to integrate our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) CURA with Microsoft Dynamics.
This new integration will allow CURA users to:
- Seamlessly integrate Microsoft Dynamics GP with CURA to process invoices and accounting transactions.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP to handle payroll, invoicing and accounting needs of temporary employees and permanent placement processing.
- Split revenue by office and line of business when posting to the general ledger.
- Accrue time to a work in process account as it is worked and before it is invoiced to allow for more accurate interim financial reporting.

- Examine job costing to better focus on contract profitability
- Handle multiple customer locations without creating separate customer records.
- Fully integrate with Microsoft's Dynamics GP Payroll to allow for seamless processing of payroll and accurate margin reporting including payroll taxes and benefits.
- Assign different invoice frequencies.
- Create different invoice formats to ensure the invoice contains the information required by the customer.
- Create more accurate invoices by dramatically reducing the number of errors.
