Finance Manager will be responsible for managing one or multiple financial activities within various finance job functions. Some of the key responsibilities include:

Coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Oversees the compilation and review of budgets using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting field with five years of work experience in senior financial management positions is required:

Additional education may be substituted for some relevant work experience.

Demonstrated experience in finance activities [budget, revenue, expenses, cost analyses, financial reports, etc.] within a large contract or medium sized company is essential.

Prior experience working in a federal contract environment is highly desirable.

Advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications, databases is required.

Ability to manage, supervises, coach, and develop a team.

Ability to operate independently in austere environment for protracted periods and willing to transfer to other missions as required.
