Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in human resources management, business administration, business management, industrial relations, organizational behavior, or similar disciplines

Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources or Recruiting
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

Has managed multiple recruiting efforts for multiple projects and tasks.
·
Has experience in international recruiting and placing professionals in remote areas.
·
Has recruited for international personnel from outside US and from foreign countries.
·
Takes a strategic approach with management in staffing and meeting deadlines. Candidate should be able to successfully multi-task and respond to deadline-driven goals.
·
Candidate should have excellent communication skills with direct reports, peers and management.
·
Works well with others and is able to disseminate information in a team environment.
·
Experience with full life-cycle recruiting a must.
·
Prior international travel experience is helpful.
