QuickBooks Synchronization
Our CURA Staffing and recruiting software QuickBooks Synchronization Tool is designed to transfer pertinent financial information such as candidate timesheet and pay rates from CURA required to automatically create payroll and invoices in QuickBooks. Users are able to group Invoices by placement, client or job orders.
When transferring candidate information, you have the option of transferring candidates from CURA as Employees or Vendors in QuickBooks. When transferring from the client module, users have the option of synchronizing just their client data, or the job order information as well.
Together with the ability of automatically creating invoices, you are able to group invoices by Placement, Client or Job Orders.
