The system allows recruiters and administrative users to create a standard job requisition for a particular job description. This template job description, contains the skills, education requirements, screening questions, vacancy publication options and a variety of attachments per position. One example would be the use of an integrated Interview Guide.
All this information is stored as an electronic folder associated with the job role. When a new vacancy arises, all that a line manager or recruiter needs to do is to call the job description from the library to create the new position. Alterations may be done to the template before the vacancy is published.
