When a candidate's resume is sent
through mindSCOPE it can be stamped with a watermark,
such as your company's logo, to designate ownership
of the candidate to the client. By using this feature
you can adjust the brightness and the contrast levels
of this watermarked image so that both the image and
the text above it remain clear and legible.
Both the Brightness and Contrast settings
have a slider setting.
1. Click and drag the slider to the
appropriate level for each
2. To save your changes click on File and then Save
at the top of the dialogue box.
3. To exit click on File and then Exit at the top of
the dialogue box.
Names for PARIS to Skip Over
When PARIS extracts information you
want to filter and discriminate the information as much
as possible so that PARIS only extracts words from the
resume which are important and relevant and excludes
everything else. In your PARIS Admin Options you can
set up which words are to be skipped over during the
parsing process. These names that PARIS excludes appear
in the window on the right. You can edit this list of
excluded names by either adding to it or removing any
of the names listed.
1. To add a name to the list
click on This will pop up this screen.
2. Enter the name you want to add in the space provided,
then click OK.
3. To delete a name click on it so that it is highlighted
and then click on remove.
4. To save your changes click on File and then Save
at the top of the dialogue box.
5. To exit click on File and then Exit at the top of
the dialogue box.
