You can edit any of the mail merge fields in MS Word.
For easy e-mailing, include a valid e-mail mail merge
field on the template.
Often you do not want to display the
e-mail address on the sent document. You can prevent
this by hiding the field.
2. Toggle over to MS Word and highlight
the e-mail field.
3. From the Menu Bar click on Format and then Font.
4. On the Font dialog box, check off the Hidden checkbox
option. This will hide the e-mail address but mindSCOPE
will still be able to use it for bulk e-mail.
Note: This technique will work for
fax numbers too.

There are two options in your Output
Settings.
If you are e-mailing or faxing a document
which has the fax number or e-mail address as one of
its fields you can export this field to the template,
and the template will automatically fax or e-mail the
document to the appropriate place.
1. Click an in the Get Fax Numbers/E-mail Addresses
from Template Form Field checkbox. Once this is enabled
the sub-field is activated too.
2. Click on and CAND_MASTxxFAX or
CAND_MASTxxEMAIL will automatically appear in the field.
If only one record has been selected
then the Current Record button will be pressed. If more
than one record has been selected in the module then
Selected Record will be pressed. Your output can be
one of the following:
Once you have created the form you
can e-mail, fax, or print it (your computer considers
faxing as a printing capability).
In addition, you have the ability
to embed a watermarked image into the document. By default,
this feature is turned off.
4. To enable watermark security click
an in the Watermark and secure the output document field.
This will enable the Browse button beside the Select
a Watermark graphic field.
5. Once you click an in the Watermark
and secure the output document field. The Select a watermark
graphic field below will be enabled.
6. To add the graphic (e.g. your company's
logo) that mindSCOPE will embed in the document's background
click on Watermark Security. Your watermark will now
be embedded within your output document.
