As your
title implies, you are your office's mindSCOPE administrator.
As such, you can alter and tweak mindSCOPE's settings
that affect every user.
User and Group Accounts
User and Group Accounts allow you
to add consultants as users or categorize consultants
as groups.
1. From the Menu Bar click on Admin.
2. Arrow down to Security, then over to User and Group
Accounts.
3. Click on it.
The User/Group screen will appear.
There are three tabs within this screen: Users, Groups
and Change Logon Password. In both the "User"
and "Group" tabs, a list of all the existing
users and/or groups in your company will be listed in
the dropdown menu beside the Name field.
Within the Admin menu options there
are several menu options that all user can access:
