Information can flow in one of two possible directions. In the web-enabled Candidate module data is sent from the candidate's computer into your database. This process is the exact opposite in the Job Order module.

...from the Web to mindSCOPE

1. The candidate fills out a form on the web site.

2. The candidate's information is submitted and stored temporarily on the web server.

3. The system administrator downloads the candidate information from the web server and adds it into the mindSCOPE database.

...from mindSCOPE to the Web

1. A consultant creates a (job order) record.

2. The record is uploaded to the web server.

3. The web page displays the job order record.
