Job orders that are created within mindSCOPE can be exported through the web
integration feature so that candidates can view and apply for jobs on-line

Note: You must have the Job Order module open in order to access the web integration feature of the Job Order module.

1. Select those job orders you wish to upload to the web sever by clicking a checkmark beside each desired record.
2. From the Menu bar click on View and then on Internet Link.

Note: If "Internet Link" is not enabled then check that you are a member of the INTERNET_LINK group (located under Groups and Permissions). If you are unable to access this menu item then please consult with your system administrator.

Clicking on the Internet Link menu item will pop up the Web ON-LINE screen.

From within the dialog box you can add to or remove records from your web page.

The selected records in mindSCOPE are uploaded to the web server.

Once the job orders have been uploaded to the web server candidates will be able to view them through your web site and apply directly to those positions.

Updating a Job Order
If a job order has already been posted and information needs to be changed or added to the web posting then:

1. Make your changes to the job order within the Job Order module.
2. Upload the job order to the web server.
The old record will automatically be overwritten with the newer version.
